The Client understands that holiday light installation involves attaching lighting and related equipment to the exterior of the property, including gutters, shingles, rooflines, trees, landscaping, and other suitable surfaces.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to install all lighting safely and securely using appropriate installation methods and materials. However, the Client acknowledges that minor marks, holes, wear, or other incidental changes may occur as a result of the installation or removal process.
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, loose or damaged gutters, shingles, roofing materials, siding, trim, landscaping, trees, or other property conditions that may be affected during installation or removal.
The Company will not intentionally damage the Client's property and will be responsible for property damage directly caused by the Company's negligence or improper installation.
The Client agrees to notify the Company of any existing property damage or areas of concern before installation begins. By approving the installation, the Client acknowledges the potential risks associated with attaching and removing holiday lighting from the property.
Lighting may be secured using plastic clips or similar non-permanent attachment methods designed for gutters, shingles, roof edges, or other appropriate surfaces. The Company will use reasonable care when installing and removing these clips and lighting.
